Welcome to Joruna! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our web application (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service allows users to upload documents and automatically generate code replacement files. We provide the Service on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that it will meet every specific requirement or work without interruption or error.

To use the Service, you must: Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country). Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Payments for the Service are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment information. By using the Service, you also agree to Stripe’s terms and policies.

You can purchase tokens to use the Service. Tokens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You agree not to: Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service. Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission.

The Service, including all software, design, and branding, is owned by Pierre Pichot. You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us the right to process it for the sole purpose of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Orléans, France.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service.
